Keith is an experienced financial executive and business development and compliance consultant with more than 25 years of industry experience across government contracting, information technology, manufacturing, and professional services. In addition, he brings over 15 years of hands‑on experience launching, operating, and scaling businesses — giving him a practical understanding of what organizations need to grow sustainably and remain compliant.

In his role as Controller, Keith led a large, multi‑office accounting department spanning five locations. His responsibilities included:

• Managing employee and subcontractor resource planning

• Overseeing contract pricing and acquisition

• Ensuring compliance with federal regulations and contract requirements

• Directing billing operations and revenue recognition for major defense contracts and large government grants

Keith has also designed and implemented new treasury and financial management procedures for organizations of varying sizes. His work has included:

• Developing weekly and monthly cash flow forecasting models

• Strengthening internal controls and segregation of duties

• Improving financial processes to increase accuracy and efficiency

• Building compliance frameworks to meet government audit and reporting mandates
