Keith is an experienced financial executive and business development and compliance consultant with 20+ years of industry experience in government contracting, information technology, manufacturing, and professional services. He also has 15+ years of experience implementing and operating businesses. In his experience as Controller, he managed a large accounting department with five offices that handled employee and subcontractor resource management, contract pricing, contract acquisition, compliance, billing, revenue recognition for large defense contracts and large government grants.  He also has established new procedures for organizations related to the treasury function, including weekly/monthly cash flow forecasting, process improvements, segregation of duties, and internal control development in support of government compliance mandates.
